Du brennst für die Veranstaltungsbranche und bist ein*e Macher*in nach dem Motto: nicht lang schnacken, lieber selbst anpacken?

Bei m:con legen wir Wert darauf, gemeinsam mit dir klare Dienstpläne zu erstellen, einen ressourcenschonenden Umgang zu planen, dir den Raum zu geben, dich zu entfalten, und dir eine ordentliche Portion Sicherheit zu bieten. Dennoch ist dir klar, dass Dienstpläne nicht immer in Stein gemeißelt sind, und du weißt in unserem TEAM die Bedeutung von gegenseitiger Flexibilität zu schätzen.

Du stehst in direktem Kontakt zu Kunden, arbeitest in einem starken Team, übernimmst die Verantwortung für deine Veranstaltungen und hast, wenn du es brauchst, immer jemanden an deiner Seite.

Das solltest Du mitbringen bzw. hier solltest Du Dich auskennen:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Veranstaltungs-, Bühnen- oder Lichttechnik oder einem verwandten Bereich. Idealerweise bist du eine Fachkraft, aber auch Quereinsteiger mit mindestens drei bis fünf Jahren Berufspraxis im Bereich Messe-, Event- und Veranstaltungs- technik sind herzlich willkommen

  • Teamplayer-Qualitäten, Kundenliebe und Service-Flair. Du arbeitest selbstständig, mit Verantwortungsbewusstsein, klaren Zielen und einem Faible für Projekte. Analytisch und konzeptionell bist du sowieso, und Kosten behältst Du stehts im Blick.

  • Du hast den Blick für die Details und sorgst dafür, dass alle Kabel ordentlich verlegt sind, keine Cases in der Gegend herumstehen und alle Soundchecks, Lichttests und technischen Probeläufe reibungslos verlaufen.

  • Du bist Dir bewusst, dass ein ordnungsgemäßer Abbau die beste Grundlage für den Start die darauffolgenden Veranstaltungen bildet.

  • Du behältst deinen kühlen Kopf, auch wenn es mal hektisch wird. Dafür bieten wir dir eine spannende Herausforderung in einem dynamischen Umfeld.

  • Und wenn dich Reisen nicht abschreckt, sondern eher anspornt, dann bist du bei uns genau richtig Denn wir arbeiten nicht nur im Rosengarten, sondern sind in ganz Deutschland mit unseren Veranstaltungen unterwegs.
