Head of Project Engineering (m/w/d)

Zur Position:

Im Rahmen des Wachstums des Standorts Pfaffenhofen suchen wir einen erfahrenen und hochqualifizierten Head of Project Engineering. Als hervorragende Führungskraft leiten Sie nicht nur ihr Team, sondern arbeiten als Teil des Führungsteams erfolgreich in der Matrix Organisation. Ihre Erfahrungen in der Biotechnologie bzw. aseptischen Produktion bringen Sie in das Team ein und leiten Greenfield- und Brownfield-Projekte im großvolumigen mehrstelligen Millionenbereich.

Angaben zur Tätigkeit:

Leitung des gesamten Lebenszyklus von CAPEX-Projekten im Pharmaumfeld (Bereich Biotechnologie, aseptischer Abfüllung sowie Feststoffproduktion), von der Konzeptphase bis zur Inbetriebnahme Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur erfolgreichen Durchführung von Greenfield- und Brownfield-Projekten im mehrstelligen Millionenbereich Leitung und Etablierung der Projektteams inklusive Weiterentwicklung und Coaching der direkten Mitarbeiter Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards, regulatorischen Anforderungen, Arbeitssicherheits-, Umwelt- sowie Energieeffizienzaspekten Verantwortlich für die Budgetierung, Kostenkontrolle, Ressourcenallokation, Zielerreichung und Einhaltung der Zeitpläne im Rahmen der Projekte Aufbau und Pflege von effektiven Arbeitsbeziehungen mit internen Abteilungen, externen Auftragnehmern, Behörden, Lieferanten und anderen relevanten Stakeholdern Identifizierung von Risiken und proaktive Implementierung von Maßnahmen zur Risikominderung Verantwortung für die pharmazeutischen Qualifizierungsaktivitäten bzgl. Räumlichkeiten, Anlagen und Versorgungssystemen für den gesamten Betrieb Pfaffenhofen Erstellung von Anforderungsdokumenten für die Planung & Auslegung von Prozessanlagen

Fachliche und persönliche Anforderungen:

Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwissenschaften, Projektmanagement oder ähnliche Qualifikation Mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung von CAPEX-Projekten im Pharmaumfeld, vorzugsweise mit Erfahrungen in der Biotechnologie bzw. aseptischen Produktion Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Greenfield- und Brownfield-Projekten im großvolumigen mehrstelligen Millionenbereich Sicherer Umgang mit HOAI, Vertragsgestaltung und Claim Management Fundierte GMP-Kenntnisse, einschließlich regulatorischer Anforderungen und Qualitätsstandards Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung gemäß IPMA oder PMI wünschenswert Starke Führungsfähigkeiten, Teammanagement und Kommunikationskompetenz Ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten, strategisches Denken, Belastbarkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und Bereitschaft zu unregelmäßiger internationaler Reisetätigkeit
