Du übernimmst die Verantwortung, wenn es um die Leistungs- und Serviceerbringung gemäß Kundenvereinbarungen geht.  Dabei behältst du unsere wirtschaftlichen Ziele sowie die sich verändernde Kundenanforderungen oder betriebliche Möglichkeiten immer im Blick.  Du verstehst dich als zentrale Ansprechperson für sämtliche Stakeholder und zugleich auch als Lösungsgeber:in. Du bewertest interne sowie externe Reports bezüglich Service Level Agreements, Incidents und Reaktionszeiten, etc. und verwaltest diese innerhalb deines Teams.  Zu deiner Tätigkeit gehören regelmäßige abstimmende Meetings mit Kolleg:innen anderer Fachbereiche und Kunden, in denen du die fortlaufende Qualität unserer Dienstleistungen gewährleistest.

Deine Skills? Mehr als interessant: 

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Fachinformatiker:in oder IT Systemkaufmann/-frau, alternativ Berufserfahrung im Bereich Service Delivery Management Erfahrung mit IT-Service-Prozessen undder Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Dienstleistungen, mit Kenntnissenim Service Level-, Change-, Transition- und Projektmanagement, idealerweise eine oder mehrere -Zertifizierung(en) im Bereich ITIL Fundiertes Know-how rund um Servicedesk-, Client- und Anwendungsinfrastrukturen sowie sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office  Verhandlungs- und Präsentationssicherheit in Deutsch und Englisch Persönlich gefallen uns besonders dein sicheres kundenorientiertes Auftreten, sowie dein Verantwortungsbewusstsein bei der Bereitstellung unserer Dienstleistungen für Kunden.
