Responsibilities:

Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with the HGB and US GAAP accounting standards Financial accounting, PP&E accounting, management of bank accounts Participation in the preparation of the internal monthly reporting package Direct responsibility for the AP area including checking, accounting and booking of incoming invoices based on orders and inventory receipts in our ERP system; Processing, maintaining and reconciling inventory receipt and accounts payable accounts. Participation in variance analysis (target/actual comparisons) as well as cash flow analyses Working closely with cross-functional teams. Location Bremen, Germany

 Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or equivalent with focus on finance and controlling and/or qualification as Bilanzbuchhalter (m/f/d), Excellent MS Office skills, especially MS Excel Fluency in English is a must, French and German language skills are a plus Familiarity with ERP systems Experience with local- and international accounting standards and regulations Profound professional experience (minimum 5 years) in GL and AP Attention to detail Prioritization, time management, and organizational skills Ability to adapt quickly to new circumstances
