A leading Family Office is excited to unveil a remarkable opportunity for a Head of Finance/Junior CFO position within one of its portfolio companies. This dynamic firm, situated in the software industry, thrives within the growth equity sector.


Description

Resposibilities:

  • Responsibilities include the commercial management of the holding company and the implementation of the strategy
  • Leadership of M&A projects and as well the Post Merger Integration Processes
  • the basis for the healthy and targeted growth of the group of companies
  • Preparation of corporate plans for all companies and regular reporting are just as much a part of your responsibilities as liquidity planning and control
  • Act as a sparring and contact person for the supervisory board, auditors, external service providers and banks

Profiles

Profile:

  • A proven track record as a Junior financial executive in a complex and dynamic environment, within the software industry.
  • Strong financial acumen and expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Experience in mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, integration, and post-merger integration.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing finance team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
