Damit unterstützt du uns

  • Als Executive Manager Customer Service (m/w/d) bist du verantwortlich dafür, unseren Gästen professionellen und kundenorientierten Service zu bieten.
  • Gemeinsam mit der Director of Customer Service führst du das Customer Service Team.
  • Du organisierst Schichten und führst Schulungen für neue Mitarbeiter im Customer Service durch.
  • Du führst Schulungen zum Buchungsportal für Hotel- und Restaurantpersonal durch.
  • Du arbeitest mit unserem Buchungsportal und stellst sicher, dass alle Informationen korrekt erfasst werden.
  • Du nutzt unser firmeninternes Backend-System und sorgst dafür, dass alle Daten korrekt aufgesetzt sind.
  • Du beantwortest kompetent zentral eingehende Telefonate und E-Mails.
  • Du kümmerst dich zusammen mit dem Customer Service Team um die Gästekorrespondenz in unseren sozialen Medien.
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner für neue Partner der 2Spicy Entertainment GmbH im Onboarding-Prozess und pflegst den Kontakt
Das bringst du mit

  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung, beispielsweise in der Hotellerie, oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen.
  • Einschlägige Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position.
  • Ausgezeichnete Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie starke zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten.
  • Eine selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten und die Fähigkeit, auch in stressigen Zeiten den Überblick zu behalten.
  • EDV-Kenntnisse und erste Erfahrungen mit MS Office.
  • Zusätzliche Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Motivation und der Wunsch, ein junges und enthusiastisches Team zu führen.
