Als Product Manager für unsere Zendesk Marketplace Apps treibst du die Produktentwicklung und die Marktpositionierung unserer Apps voran. 

Deine Mission ist es, innovative, marktführende Apps zu entwickeln, die den spezifischen Anforderungen unserer Kunden gerecht werden. Du verantwortest die strategische Platzierung unserer Produkte im Zendesk Marketplace und entwickelst Go-to-Market-Strategien, um die maximale Sichtbarkeit und die Nutzung unserer Apps sicher zu stellen.

DEIN TALENT

  • Erfahrung im Produktmanagement im Bereich SaaS-B2B 
  • Starkes Marketingverständnis und Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Kampagnen für technische Produkte.
  • Technisches Wissen über API-Integrationen und Erfahrung mit Zendesk
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten, um Marktdaten und Nutzerfeedback effektiv zu nutzen.
  • Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, verschiedene Teams (Entwicklung, Marketing, Vertrieb) zu koordinieren.
  • Unternehmerische Denkweise mit Fokus auf Wachstum und Skalierung unter Berücksichtigung mit minimalem Aufwand den maximalen Output zu generieren.
HAVE AN IMPACT

  • Du übernimmst die strategische Verantwortung für unsere Apps im Zendesk Marketplace – von der Konzeption neuer Features bis zur Optimierung bestehender Funktionen.
  • Du identifizierst Markttrends, Kundenbedürfnisse und Mitbewerber, um unsere Apps entsprechend zu positionieren und zu verbessern.
  • Du entwickelst wirkungsvolle Strategien, die unsere Apps optimal im Marketplace positionieren und deren Sichtbarkeit erhöhen.
  • Du begleitest den gesamten Lifecycle der Apps – von der Produktentwicklung über den Launch bis hin zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Entwicklerteam zusammen, damit unsere Apps den technischen Anforderungen von Zendesk entsprechen und reibungslos funktionieren.
  • Du pflegst unsere Kundenbeziehungen und nutzt deren Feedback, um zukünftige Produktentwicklungen zu steuern und die Kundenbindung zu verbessern.
