Senior Engineer Mechanical for Hydrogen Applications

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige Projektbearbeitung von komplexen Anlagenbauprojekten 
  • Abstimmung der Arbeiten im Projektteam und eigenverantwortliche souveräne Bearbeitung von folgenden Themenschwerpunkten mit gewerkspezifischer Übernahme der technischen Projektverantwortung: 
    • Aufstellungsplanung: Plotpläne, Anlagenlayouts, Genehmigungsunterlagen 
    • Beachtung von Aspekten wie Montage, Zugänglichkeit, Explosionsschutz, EHS, … 
    • Design von ausgewählten Großkomponenten wie Druckbehältern, Reaktoren,… 
    • Abstimmung mit der Verfahrenstechnik, Beachtung von Werkstoffaspekten 
    • Rohrleitungsplanung 
    • Montageplanung 
    • Abstimmung mit Kunden, Gutachtern und anderen externen Stellen 
    • Erstellung von Spezifikationen und Leistungsverzeichnissen 
  • Je nach Ressourcen und Projektsituation können alle dieser Punkte durch eigene Bearbeitung, durch Sie angeleitete Bearbeitung von Kollegen oder externe Bearbeitung abgewickelt werden 
  • Eigenständige Koordination von teaminternen und externen Ressourcen zum Erreichen der gewerkspezifischen Projektziele 
    • Ressourcenplanung und Ressourceneinsatz 
    • Zuarbeit Detailterminplanung 
    • Schnittstellenmanagement 
  • Sie sind in Abstimmung mit der Team- und Projektleitung projektspezifisch für die Zielerreichung dieser Gewerke zuständig 
Ihr Profil

  • Einschlägiges technisches Studium (Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik, Bauingenieurwesen, …) 
  • Mindestens 8 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im verfahrenstechnischen Anlagenbau (Doing und Organisation entsprechender Tätigkeiten) 
  • Sie sind ein starker Teamplayer mit Projekterfahrung 
  • Pragmatische projektorientierte Arbeitsweise mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Verständnis 
  • Affinität zu qualitätsgesichertem Arbeiten 
  • Routinierter Umgang mit gängiger CAD Software und Berechnungssoftware 
  • Regelwerkskenntnis in der Druckgeräte- und Anlagenbau-Welt und ein Geschick im Umgang mit projektspezifischen Regelwerken und Kundenspezifikationen 
  • Englisch und Deutsch verhandlungssicher (C1) 
  • Reisebereitschaft für gelegentliche Dienstreisen
