Your future role.
You are responsible, within the Solutions Application Management organization, for the global Hydrogen Production portfolio development and management, with business in the fascinating growing industry for green hydrogen production.
Activities include mainly:
  • You are responsible for Portfolio Management based on definition and implementation of the yearly development activities (including maintenance, engineering optimization, design to cost) according to the allocated budget and agreed roadmap for which you are in the driver seat as well.
  • You plan and implement solutions competitiveness actions based on scalability and modularity e. g. with focus on E-house for Hydrogen production power supply solutions.
  • You offer technological support for pilot project acquisition and implementation with newly developed, optimized, or enriched solutions, together with sales and local teams.
  • Based on your understanding about the served markets, you take customer feedback in a structured manner as input for portfolio management
  • Furthermore, you develop and live a Frontrunner Mind set plus be a „Clear Head“ to identify and drive market trends.
  • In addition, you support of our regional and central partner through technical advice, training, and interregional technology-based coordination.
Your profile.
  • You have completed a master's degree and/or a doctorate in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Power Engineering, Power Electronics, or similar.
  • You have already gained long-term years of professional experience and eventually coordination/ management experience with a technology provider or system integrator (e. g. system design, E-House conception, engineering).
  • You have a good understanding or willing to learn about energy production processes and power supply solutions e.g., for water electrolysis.
  • Knowledge about energy producer market players and procedures is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills enable you to quickly understand technological problems, take them into account when designing or integrating environmental-friendly solutions and convince wider/ matrix organization(s) about the potential of the respective solution(s).
  • You are a very good team player in the areas of regional companies, product management and technical experts.
  • You are fluent in English; German would be a large bonus; Norwegian would be a benefit.
