Your responsibilities
Der Terminplaner ist verantwortlich für die Erstellung und Pflege des Projektterminplanes basierend auf der Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) des Projektes. Er kontrolliert die Einhaltung von Terminen und aktualisiert basierend auf dem Projektfortschritt den Terminplan.
Zu den Aufgaben des Senior Scheduler gehören unter anderem:
- Terminplanung für Projekte im Anlagenbau
- Erstellung und Verfolgung der terminlichen Abläufe unter Berücksichtigung aller Projektphasen (Engineering, Beschaffung, Bauausführung und Inbetriebnahme)
- Prüfung, Abstimmung, Optimierung, Überwachung und Benchmarking von eigenen als auch externen Terminplänen sowie detaillierten terminlichen Bauabläufen (wie z.B. Baufirmen etc.)
- Fortschrittsüberwachung, Berichterstattung und Identifizierung von terminlichen Risiken (z.B. mit Primavera Risk Analysis) sowie Vorschau auf die Projektmeilensteine als auch die Erarbeitung von korrigierenden Maßnahmen (Analysen, kritischer Pfad, MTA, Fertigstellungsgrade, Earned-Value-Analysen, etc.)
- Führung von externen Terminplanern
- Unterstützung des Angebotsteams in der Erstellung von Angebotsterminplänen
- Unterstützung der Projektleitung in der Planung der Auftragsabwicklung und in der Auftragssteuerung, zur Einhaltung der Termin-, Fortschritts- und Stundenvorgaben
- Schnittstellen-Koordination zwischen externen Partnern sowie internen Fachabteilungen
Your profile
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
- Umfangreiche Berufserfahrung in der Terminplanung und Überwachung im Anlagenbau
- Erfahrung im operativen Projektmanagement im Anlagenbau
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den MS Office-Anwendungen MS-Project sowie Primavera P6 und Primavera Risk Analysis
- Eigenverantwortliches und systematisches Arbeiten, Flexibilität und Mobilität
- Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und sicheres Auftreten bei internen als auch externen Partnern
- Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen im nationalen und internationalen Projektumfeld Unipers
- Obligatorisch sind sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Level und fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
