Summary

For the department “Logistics Management” we are looking for a “Logistics Manager Performance - Monitoring & Analysis (f/m/d)” at the Ulm site as soon as possible.

The Logistics Management department is functionally responsible for the global logistics planning team and providing guidance and leadership to ensure the successful execution of logistics planning processes including the negotiation with the logistics provider for HENSOLDT.

Your Tasks

Monitoring the results of logistics services (internal and from logistics service providers) as well as coordinating and tracking countermeasures in the event of deviations

Regular coordination with the operational logistics units

Contact person for escalations and claim management

Evaluation and benchmarking of logistics processes with the aim of improving logistics performance

Collaboration with central logistics management, local plant logistics and logistics service providers as well as service recipients (in-house)

Review of existing and definition of new KPIs - including creation of requirements for the data warehouse and definition / design of dashboards

Collection and analysis of KPIs and PPIs in the context of end-2-end processes

Evaluation of logistics results and identification of deviations, costs and potential for improvement

Preparation and implementation of committee work (various reporting cycles)

Participation and description of SLAs in the contract design of logistics services

Accompaniment of internal and external audits

Supporting SAP / nonSAP key users in customizing, testing and rollouts as a technical expert

Collaboration in HeENSOLDT transformation projects

Management of cross-location projects and collaboration in cross-divisional projects

Willingness to travel to HENSOLDT locations and logistics partners is required.

Your Profile

Completed studies in industrial engineering, business informatics or comparable

Professional experience in a manufacturing company and experience in the logistics sector

Experience in working with logistics service providers and in project management

Very good knowledge of MS Office applications

Knowledge of SAP modules, especially in the area of materials management and logistics execution (EWM)

Strong communication skills across different hierarchical levels

High process orientation, continuous improvement and affinity for key figures

Open-mindedness, ability to work in a team and willingness to take responsibility for service delivery

Business fluent German and good English skills
