What were looking for:
The Category Manager is responsible to hold the holistic end to end responsibility for the segment growth, solutions and GTM within the region. Your expertise of the market segments and their unique needs is key. You are responsible for understanding market segment requirements and opportunities to influence product roadmap and for driving GTM in the segment. For that you work hand in hand with sales to support segment sales within the region.
Your impact:
Build a segment business plan (coordinated with Global and region) on region level and monitor the progress to increase market share Map the geography potential customers in the segment to navigate the sales activity in the regions to the right focus Monitor the region segment KPIs Support Sales activities during the pre-sale phases to bring segment specific knowledge including defining pricing and business models Monitor and fine tune funnel fit to segment in region working with global and marketing to fine tune Support Service and sales during adoption to increase usage and help identify upsells Understand market requirements and needs to bring outside-in and segment knowledge to global segment Industry and segment expertise Stay updated on the latest trends in the segment Networking skills within the industry Customer Centric mindset Strong ownership, responsibility and accountability Strong analytical and methodical thinking Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, communication, presentation and execution skills-
