This position is part of our corporate academy which is called "CS Universe-ity". It aims to upskill the 20.000 colleagues within Customer Solutions on the competencies to excel in delivering the strategic ambitions of the segment.
Your Tasks:
You prepare a detailed delivery and execution plan for each journey milestone and ensure a customer-centric approach reflecting closely what learners expect and need You drive the strategic development and seamless execution of an innovative learning journey You develop an engaging journey for respective target group (Leadership, Global Practitioners, Regional teams) You will take the ownership for digital learning modules and make sure that there will be further development You organize content into executable learning experiences You collaborate with regional teams for local journey implementation and activation to ensure high level of engagement You implement quality control processes to ensure that project deliverables are aligned with best practices in digital learningYour Profile:
You have a degree in Business Management, Human Resources technology or related field You have at least 5 years professional experience You are excellent in stakeholder managment and use your collaboration skills in a solution-oriented working mode You have strong analytical skills and use them for decision making You have a strong affinity to digital learning You use your effective communication skills fluent in English and GermanOur Benefits:
