Internship in Human Resources, Team Education

The Education and Training team is responsible for vocational training at the Hamburg site (three technical apprenticeships and a dual study program) as well as for all technical qualifications for the approximately 2, employees at the site. We also advise and support managers in all matters relating to further training.
Daily Business- This is what your day looks like:
You accompany the recruiting process for trainees and dual students You will be involved in the planning, commissioning and implementation of further training measures You will provide administrative support for day-to-day business by coordinating with the various specialist departments and helping to manage HR systems You will develop analyses and create presentations You are the contact person for all interns at the location and organize intern meetings If you have a technical background, you will work on technical training and contribute to the implementation of technical projectsAdvantages - What we offer you:
