Experience Management heißt für uns: Wir sorgen dafür, dass unsere Kunden aus dem Feedback ihrer Kunden jederzeit wertvolles Feedback erhalten. Um dieses Feedback für Unternehmen zu aussagekräftigen Insights zu machen, nutzen wir dabei entweder eine Insight Community oder ein spezielles CX-Programm – oder idealerweise beides in Kombination. 
Wir erstellen aus den gewonnenen Erkenntnissen gezielte Handlungsempfehlungen für unsere Kunden, die das Unternehmen langfristig zu einer erfolgreichen und kundenzentrierten Marke formen.

Das sind Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bist Teil unseres Teams, welches für die Konzeption, Planung, Realisierung und Weiterentwicklung nationaler und internationaler Customer Experience-Projekte verantwortlich ist. 
  • Du bist für unsere Kunden im operativen Tagesgeschäft tätig, leitest Jour Fixe Termine und bist das Gesicht zum Kunden. Im Einzelnen bist Du zuständig für die Customer Experience Projekte, die folgende Bausteine umfassen: Erstellung eines Projektplans, Aufsetzen eines Kundenfeedbacksystems, Analyse der Ergebnisse, Darstellung dieser in Dashboards und weiteren Reportings, Insight Activation in Form von Workshops, Case Management und vieles mehr.
  • Dabei koordinierst Du Dein internes und externes Projektteam bestehend aus Junioren, Experten und Dienstleistern.
  • Auch die Leitung von Kickoff-, Review- und strategischen Meetings liegt in Deinem Aufgabenbereich.
  • Du unterstützt unsere Kunden, den vollen Nutzen aus ihrem Customer Experience Programm ziehen zu können und bringst proaktiv Weiterentwicklungsvorschläge ein
  • Gleichzeitig erarbeitest Du gemeinsam mit unserem Team und dem Kunden Prozesse, um Abläufe und die Zusammenarbeit immer effizienter werden zu lassen.
  • Über Marketing-Unterstützung, wie z. B. Vorträge, Webinare oder Veröffentlichungen, freuen wir uns auch sehr.
Das bringst Du mit

  • Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Markt- und Medienforschung, Wirtschafts- oder Kommunikationswissenschaften, Soziologie oder ein vergleichbares Studium bzw. eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Experience Management (CX oder Community Management) oder Projektmanagement
  • Erfahrung mit gängigen Online Feedback Tools (z.B. Qualtrics oder Questback) 
  • Du hast evtl. schon erste Erfahrungen mit agiler Arbeitsweise gemacht (z. B. SCRUM)
  • Mit deiner Hands-on-Mentalität treibst du Projekte aktiv voran
  • Du arbeitest gerne eigenverantwortlich und strukturiert
  • Du agierst lösungsorientiert, pragmatisch und nachhaltig
  • Du hast Spaß in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten und dich selbst aktiv einzubringen
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind für Dich selbstverständlich
