Das sind Deine Aufgaben:

Du bist für den Aufbau, die Administration und Weiterentwicklung von zentralen internen Applikationen im Monitoring, Alerting und Reporting zuständig Du berätst im Unternehmen für den Einsatz der betreuten Tools zur Unterstützung der Business-Ziele Du nimmst an Anwendertreffen der betreuten Applikationen teil und bist für die Planung, Erstellung und Durchführung von Anwender- bzw. Key-User-Schulungen für die betreuten Tools verantwortlich Mittels agiler Methoden arbeitest Du an Projekten mit und leitest diese Die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern, insbesondere dem Herstellersupport gehört auch zu Deinen Aufgaben

Das bringst Du mit:

Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung inklusiver fundierter Berufserfahrung in der Einführung, dem Betrieb und der Weiterentwicklung von unternehmensinternen Applikationen Du bringst Erfahrung in der Administration von Monitoring und Event Handling Lösungen wie . CheckMK oder Omnibus Event Console mit Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen der Prozesse im Umfeld eines professionellen IT Services (ITIL) sind wünschenswert Zielorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit hoher Dienstleistungsorientierung, Teamplayer-Mentalität und Freude an der Mitgestaltung der OEDIV-Kultur runden Dein Profil ab
