Ihre Aufgaben

Konzeption und Steuerung der Fertigungsabläufe neuer Projekte von der Entwicklung bis zur Serienreife in Abstimmung mit unseren Produktionswerken Auswahl geeigneter Fertigungsverfahren unter Berücksichtigung von Qualitäts-, Kosten- und Terminzielen Erstellung der Lastenhefte für die Produktionsanlagen von der Umsetzung bis zum Serienanlauf Laufende Optimierung der Fertigungsprozesse und Nachweis der Maschinen- und Prozessfähigkeit Kalkulation in der Projektumsetzungsphase Erstellung, Abstimmung und Umsetzungsbegleitung der industriellen Planung Erstellung von technischen Syncromaps, Wertstromanalysen, Prozessablaufplänen, Arbeitsplänen und Stücklisten Projektbezogene Investitionsplanung für die Produktion

Ihr Profil

Ingenieur oder Techniker mit einem produktions-, werkstoff- oder verfahrenstechnischen Schwerpunkt Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung aus dem Bereich der technischen Prozessentwicklung innerhalb der Kunststofftechnik im Automobilinnenraum sowie Kenntnisse im Bereich der Produkte und Prozesse Sichere Kenntnisse im technischen Englisch REFA-Kenntnisse von Vorteil Sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kunden und Lieferanten Bereitschaft zu Reisetätigkeiten zu den Kunden und Lieferanten, im Bedarfsfall auch in das außereuropäische Ausland
