Industrial IoT Support Engineer*

Deine Aufgaben:
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden als Support Engineer
  • Fehlerdokumentation und Durchführung systematischer Fehleranalysen z.B. im Bereich der Netzwerkkommunikation und Firewalls gehören zu Deinen Aufgaben
  • Du pflegst eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren cross-funktionalen Teams zur Fehlerbehebung und Produktverbesserung
  • Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei der Inbetriebnahme und dem Betrieb unserer Hard- und Software gehört ebenfalls zu Deinen Aufgaben
  • Nutzung der folgenden technischen Landschaft: Windows- und Linux-Betriebssysteme, Industrie-PCs, Linux (CentOS) auf unserer eigenen industrial PC Hardware, virtuelle Maschinen und Docker Container (On-Premise und in der Cloud), unterschiedliche Netzwerk-Technologien, Java, Web-Technologien, Mobile Apps, mobile Geräte (z.B. Tablets, Datenbrillen, Smartphones)
Dein Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder vergl. Qualifikation bzw. Erfahrung
  • Erweiterte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Windows- und Linux-Systemen z.B. mit Powershell/Bash, Services, Logfiles, Scripting, Container-Techniken, IT-Security
  • Netzwerkkommunikation und -protokolle in heterogenen Umgebungen - Fehlersuche mit Tools wie z.B. Wireshark, tcpdump, nmap
  • Interesse an Industrie 4.0 Technologien
  • Offen und kommunikativ im Austausch mit Kunden sowie IT-Spezialisten und anderen Schnittstellenbereichen
  • Selbständige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Ziel- und Lösungsorientierung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab
