Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Zu Ihren täglichen Aufgaben gehören unter anderem die eigenverantwortliche Steuerung und Überwachung von nationalen und internationalen Bauprojekten, die Kalkulation und Vergabe von GU-Leistungen, sowie die Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Fachabteilungen
  • Außerdem sind Sie Ansprechpartner für Architekten, Designer und Kunden, erstellen Ausschreibungen und Leistungsverzeichnisse und betreuen die Baustellen vor Ort
Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Für einen reibungslosen Arbeitsablauf ist ein abgeschlossenes Studium aus den Bereichen Architektur oder Bauwesen, bereits vorhandene Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Innenausbau oder Ladenbau, sowie Erfahrung im Projektmanagement wünschenswert
  • Außerdem sind Erfahrung mit der Beauftragung und Steuerung von Gewerken, Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen im In- und Ausland, sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für eine unmissverständliche Kommunikation von Vorteil
