Wir suchen für ein HR-Tech-Startup zum sofortigen Zeitpunkt einen "Working Student | Operations" [12.50€ / Stunde + Bonus + 100% Remote]. Das Startup hat erst vor wenigen Tagen in einer Seed-Runde mehrere Millionen von führenden Investoren einsammeln können und steht nun vor einem Wachstumspfad.
In dieser Position arbeitest du direkt mit dem Founders Associate sowie den Gründern zusammen (ex-Enpal, Deloitte, LSE Alumni). Das Startup hat eine KI-enabled Plattform gebaut, die Handwerker auf Jobsuche mit suchenende Unternehmen vernetzt.
Aufgaben- Du arbeitest an einem strategischen Projekt entlang dem Founders Associate sowie den Gründern, was darauf abziehlt, (noch) besser Unternehmen und Nutzer zu verbinden
- Du erarbeitest Prozessstrukturen sowie setzt diese eigenständig um (sowohl auf Unternehmensebene als auch Kandidatenebene)
- Du erstellst Reportings & Monitorings, um den Projektstand nachvollziehen zu können
- Du bist eingeschriebener Student, idealerweise mit einem handwerklichen Hintergrund (bspw. Bauwesen / Architektur)
- Du sprichst Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau und idealerweise eine weitere Sprache
- Du bist gewissenhaft und zuverlässig, aber auch flexibel und proaktiv
- Du kannst mind. 16 Std. / Woche arbeiten
- Direkter Draht zu den Gründern / C-Level
