Position Summary & Objectives

Commercial Architecture

Übernimmt eigenverantwortlich die kommerziellen Aufgaben einfacher Projekte oder unterstützt (Senior-) Commercial Architects in komplexeren Projekten Arbeitet mit Sales und Pre-Sales sowie dem Legal Team zusammen, um Verträge zu gestalten Identifiziert Abweichungen vom Firmenstandard und entwickelt Lösungsmöglichkeiten Verantwortet die Risikoerfassung und -bewertung Bearbeitet die kommerziellen Aspekte des Projektes: Kommerzielles Model P&L Cash Flow Kundenpreise Risk Register Finanzierung (wenn benötigt)

Commercial Assurance and Governance

Arbeitet mit dem Bid- und Pre-Sales Team zusammen, um die kommerziellen Parameter des Projektes auf Länder Management Ebene zu präsentieren Stellt sicher das die Projekte den Firmenregelungen entsprechen und die Vertragsbedingungen mit den internen und externen Vorgaben abgestimmt sind Nutzt die Standardvorlagen des europäischen Commercial Center of Excellence

Unterstützt aktiv die Verbesserung der kommerziellen Tools und Prozesse

Interfaces with

Land (mehrheitlich), Region- und Group Ebene (gelegentlich) Stakeholder sind unter anderem Sales, Finance, Operations, Service Delivery etc.

Requirements: Education, Training and Experience

Deutsch und Englisch fließend; jede weitere europäische Sprache wird positiv bewertet Mindestens Bachelor oder gleichwertig idealerweise Wirtschaft oder Wirtschaftsinformatik Gutes Zahlenverständnis Gute Excelkenntnisse, mindestens Grundkenntnisse in Microsoft Word und Powerpoint Zusatzkenntnisse wie VBA, Access, Power-Bi oder Power Apps sind von Vorteil
