How You’ll Make an Impact:
Identify Needs: Assess customer requirements in the pharmaceutical industry and prioritize closing opportunities, aligning with company goals. Collaborative Planning: Work with marketing and other teams to devise and execute sales and marketing strategies. Territory Management: Develop a comprehensive territory plan encompassing account and product goals, including strategies, tactics, and timelines. Sales Expertise: Demonstrate mastery in selling skills and forecasting to drive business growth.What You Bring:
Educational Background: Possess an advanced degree in life sciences, preferably molecular biology. Experience: Showcase a proven track record of 2-5 years in life sciences sales, with a focus on gene and cell therapy markets. Skills: Exhibit strong verbal and written communication, negotiation prowess, and interpersonal maturity. Fluency in German and English is essential, along with familiarity with Salesforce CRM and sales methodologies like SPIN Selling and Miller-Heiman Strategic Selling.
