ESG and Sustainability Reporting Specialist

What you will be doing:
Conceptualize and further develop cloud software solutions in the field of ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) and sustainability reporting, which are tailored to the needs of firms and companies Define and specify the technical requirements in close cooperation with external content providers and our product manager Explore beyond functional boundaries and work with a multidisciplinary team to develop innovative ways to integrate technical capabilities and functional requirements into effective software solutions With your in-depth expertise, you will lead technical discussions with users and international colleagues and ensure that our software solutions are used effectively Work closely with colleagues from Sales, Support and Consulting to ensure the successful market launch and continuous improvement of our software solutions
What you'll bring:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a related field In-service training in the field of sustainability reporting such as the Sustainability Auditor IDW or a specialization in sustainability reporting as part of your studies Experience in the preparation of sustainability or ESG reportsExcellent communication in German and English, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams Experience in leading technical discussions and effectively communicating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders Confident demeanor and strong presentation skills Prior experience in working closely with Sales, Support, and Consulting teams is a plusPassion for innovation and driving positive change through technology
