Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
Project Managemen t: Independent planning, coordination, implementation, and documentation of projects in close collaboration with stakeholders Process Development : Development, maintenance, and optimization of Toniebox production processes to ensure stable and efficient production at the supplier Automation : Implementation of initiatives to optimize and automate production processes and systems Support : Providing top-notch support for all parties involved in Toniebox production, both internally and externally Quality Control : Implementation of measures to comply with quality standards Process Monitoring : Continuous monitoring and improvement of production processes to increase efficiency and productivity Supplier Management : Close collaboration with suppliers and partners to ensure smooth production Training : Conducting internal training and workshops on new processes and technologies
What we are looking for:
You have a completed technical degree (e.g., Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production, Automation Technology) or a comparable qualification You have extensive experience in project management and have worked in a production environment for at least 5 years You possess good knowledge of manufacturing processes and comprehensive expertise in developing reliable and future-oriented production processes You are capable of translating requests into technical requirements and finding the right people internally and externally to implement them You are characterized by structured action, calmness in stressful situations, and a solution-oriented working style You enjoy interdisciplinary, international collaboration as well as appreciative and goal-oriented communication You have business-fluent English skills; German would be a plus Last but not least, you can imagine regularly visiting your team in Düsseldorf

Als Projektmanager Produktion (all genders) bist du mit deinem Team verantwortlich für die Einführung standardisierter und zuverlässiger Produktionsprozesse zur Unterstützung unserer Toniebox-Lieferanten. Dabei nimmst du eine essentielle Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen unserer internen Entwicklung sowie lokalen Fertigungen ein und trägst maßgeblich zu unserer Lean Production bei.
Deine Aufgaben umfassen:
Projektmanagement : Eigenverantwortliche Planung, Koordination, Umsetzung und Dokumentation von Projekten in enger Abstimmung mit den Stakeholdern Prozessentwicklung : Entwicklung, Pflege und Optimierung der Toniebox-Produktionsprozesse zur Sicherstellung einer stabilen und effizienten Produktion beim Lieferanten Automatisierung : Umsetzung von Initiativen zur Optimierung und Automatisierung von Produktionsprozessen und -systemen Support : Bereitstellung erstklassigen Supports für alle Beteiligten an der Toniebox-Produktion, sowohl intern als auch extern Qualitätskontrolle : Implementierung von Maßnahmen zur Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards Prozessüberwachung: Kontinuierliche Überwachung und Verbesserung der Produktionsprozesse zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Produktivität Lieferantenmanagement : Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten und Partnern zur Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Produktion Schulungen : Durchführung von internen Schulungen und Workshops zu neuen Prozessen und Technologien

Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z.B.
