Als Area Retail Profit Protection Manager (m/w/d) bist du für die Maximierung der Rentabilität des Unternehmens durch den Schutz aller Vermögenswerte des Unternehmens zuständig.

WE are JD- eines der führenden Multi-Channel-Händler im Bereich Sneaker, Sportsfashion und Outdoor-Marken mit über 67.000 Mitarbeitenden in 32 Ländern und über 3.400 Stores.

Dein Aufgabengebiet bei uns:  

  • Du führst, auf Anweisung des Profit Protection Managements, fallbezogene Untersuchungen durch, sorgst für ein angenehmes und sicheres Arbeits- und Kaufumfeld und dienst als erste Kontaktperson für die Polizei
  • Du unterstützt bei Audits und überprüfst Bestandsverluste in den Stores
  • Du stellst durch regelmäßige Sicherheitschecks sicher, dass die CCTV-Systeme und alle anderen sicherheitsrelevanten Maßnahmen gewartet werden und auf dem neusten Stand sind
  • Du hältst deine Kenntnisse in den Bereichen CCTV-Systeme und deren Bedienung, Strafrecht, interne HR-Richtlinien und weitere interne Prozesse immer auf dem neusten Stand
  • Du stellst sicher, dass alle Prozesse und Abläufe in den Stores eingehalten werden, und unterstützt bei der Schulung des Managements in allen sicherheitsrelevanten Fragen 
  • Du verfasst Berichte (Deutsch und Englisch) und stehst im engen Kontakt mit deinem Territory Profit Protection Manager*in

Das solltest Du mitbringen:  

  • Relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Sicherheit bzw. Profit Protection
  • Ein gutes Verständnis für Storeprozesse, Bestandsverwaltung und Lieferprozesse
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich der Prozessentwicklung, -implementierung und -verbesserung
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowohl mit Mitarbeiter*innen als auch mit unseren Kunden*innen
  • Interesse in einem internationalen Team zu arbeiten und dich mit neuen Themeninhalten stetig weiterzuentwickeln 
  • Reisebereitschaft in Deiner Region
