Your tasks
Lead projects, aiming the development of stable, bioequivalent, robust and cost competitive dosage forms Design and manage experiments and batches, provide related scientific documentation Plan and execute experiments in agreement with quality risk management and GDevP and GMP Assist in the preparation of and review the technological part of dossier Connect complex development data of different analytical origin into meaningful conclusions Design, plan and perform scientific experiments and contribute to project related activities Establish innovative solutions for verification and control of critical quality attributes, critical material attributes or critical process parameter Apply quality risk management approach in product development Generate scientific documents to hand over to partners Evaluate and initiate request of infrastructure, equipment and required investments Generate lab procedures or SOP's, protocols and reports Lead technical meetings during product development Lead assigned functional sub-teams and represent own function in technical teams Communicate, address and solve problems Lead the transfer of know-how or procedures to other departments or external contractors Report and present results internally and contribute to publications, presentations, and patents Own and utilize special tools, equipment and facilities for product development Train and coach associate scientists, technicians and employees Support during internal and external audits and inspections
Your profile
PhD with some years relevant experience or BSc or MSc scientific degree with several years of workrelated experience or equivalent with relevant industry experience Experience in development of final dosage forms of hard to make products Strong scientific skills allowing the drawing of accurate assumptions from limited data to assess the next step in a development program An understanding of experiment and validation design and the requirements when documenting protocols for these exercises An understanding of the parameters involved in scaling up of formulation processes Technical and scientific protocol and report writing skills Knowledge of DOE (Design of Experiments), QbD (Quality by design) and quality risk management Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects Good knowledge of relevant software tools, e.g. MS-Office and statistical programs Fluent in English written and spoken Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to communicate and lead projects in multicultural environmentWir haben weitere aktuelle Stellen in diesem Bereich, die Sie unten finden können
