Working Student Talent Acquisition Europe (m/f/d)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the pre-screening of applications Responsibility for candidate communication and coordination of digital and f2f interviews Phrasing and posting of target group specific job advertisements Research and analysis of Talent Acquisition trends Handling of ad-hoc requests and operational tasks Supporting the HR Operations team, e.g. in the preparation of contracts and employment referencesYOUR EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
You are enrolled at a university, ideally with a focus on Human Resources Management or similar subjects Service oriented and well-structured way of working with a strong attention to detail Ability to meet deadlines and work independently Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good knowledge in common MS-Office applications Fluent German and English language skills You are available for 20 hours/week, ideally split on 4-5 daysWE OFFER:
