Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a focus on search engine marketing (SEM) Proven track record of managing successful search campaigns and achieving measurable results, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment. Proficient in setting up and optimizing paid search campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Apple Search Ads In-depth understanding of keyword research, bid management, budget management, account structure and A/B testing strategies Proficiency in setting up and optimizing conversion tracking to measure the success of advertising campaigns Understanding of mobile-specific strategies, including mobile bid adjustments, responsive search ads, and mobile-specific ad extensions. Familiarity with the Google Shopping Platform with experience in feed management and campaign optimization a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborative approach to work well with cross-functional teams and external partners.
