Job Title: Search Performance Manager
Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Search Performance Manager to join our team at Flink. As a key member of our performance marketing team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our paid search campaigns and ensuring they meet or exceed their performance targets.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads and Apple Search Ads.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve campaign performance and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign goals with overall business objectives.
- Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans to address them.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on search engine marketing (SEM).
- Proven track record of managing successful search campaigns and achieving measurable results.
- Proficiency in setting up and optimizing paid search campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Apple Search Ads.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- An annual L&D budget of €1000, as well as individual coaching options to support your professional development.
- 26 days of vacation, plus 1 additional day per year up to a maximum of 30 days.
