Ihre Aufgaben

: In dieser Position verantworten Sie die technische und prozessuale Weiterentwicklung unserer E-Commerce Plattform, analysieren alle relevanten Prozesse /Vorgänge und entwickeln hierzu Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten. Bei interdisziplinären Projekten mit E-Commerce Relevanz (bspw. Prozesse im Zusammenspiel mit ERP) unterstützen Sie diese mit ihrer Expertise. Sie erstellen Entscheidungsvorlagen zur Optimierung von Prozessen hinsichtlich Effizienz, Qualität und Kosten und übernehmen ggf. auch auch die Verantwortung von interdisziplinären Projektteams zur Prozessverbesserung. Ein weiterer Punkt ihrer Tätigkeit bildet dazu die globale Standardisierung und Harmonisierung von Prozessen und Vorgehensweisen, in Verbindung mit unserer E-Commerce Plattform und den vor- und nachgelagerten Prozessen. Die Standardpreispflege & Kalkulationen für Ersatzteile und Aggregate, zur Bereitstellung der Preise auf der E-Commerce Plattform, ist ebenso ihr Aufgabengebiet wie auch die Statusverwaltung bei Preiskalkulationen für Kundenaufträge/ Angebote.

Ihr Profil: 

Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem artverwandten Bereich. Berufserfahrung im Sales & E-Commerce Bereich, insbesondere im Service oder Ordermanagement Umfeld. Ergänzt werden sollte Ihr fachlicher Background durch fundierte Kenntnisse im Pricing im E-Commerce sowie durch Expertise in der Conversion- und Prozessoptimierung. Darüber hinaus besitzen Sie starke agile und analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Produktmanagement Know-how und verstehen es dabei auf internationaler Ebene zu kommunizieren.  Sie bringen ERP Erfahrung mit (SAP & Navision, gerne auch S4 Hana), ebenso ist ihnen der Umgang mit einem Pricing-Tool nicht fremd. Durch ihre Sales Mentalität verstehen Sie es den Blick auf unsere Kunden zu richten und diese, bspw. im On Boarding für unsere E-Commerce Plattform, zu unterstützen.
