Als Manager Industrial Participation (m/w/d) sind Sie der Ansprechpartner für alle Anfragen rund um Kompensationsgeschäfte/Industrielle Beteiligung und verantwortlich für die Bearbeitung und der Festlegung von geeigneten Maßnahmen zur Erfüllung der Kompensationsverpflichtungen.

Was Sie erwartet:

·Ihre Hauptaufgabe ist die Identifikation, Planung, Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Erfüllungskonzepten für Offsetverpflichtungen der europäischen Moog Standorte im Defence-Bereich

·Sie berichten an den Business Manager Defence und unterstützen bei der innovativen und kostenoptimierten Erfüllung der Kompensationsverpflichtungen. Wesentliche Säulen zum Erlangen von Offset-Credits sind

odas Generieren von Offset Credits aus Einkäufen der gesamten Moog Gruppe an Standorten in Europa und den USA,

odas Generieren von Offset Credits durch Verlagerungen von Arbeitspaketen zu Partnern und Lieferanten in relevante Länder,

odas Generieren von Offset Credits durch Steuerung des Einkaufs in Deutschland und Irland für B- und C-Teile.

·Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Regional Sales- und Program-Managern (m/w/d)

·Die Entwicklung und Pflege von Netzwerken im Offset- und Defence Bereich sowie die Analyse ausländischer Beschaffungsmärkte in Zusammenarbeit mit dem strategischen Einkauf

·Die termingerechte Abwicklung und das kaufmännische Controlling der Offsetprojekte

Was Sie mitbringen:

·Studium im Bereich Wirtschafts- oder Ingenieurwissenschaften oder eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit fachspezifischer Zusatzqualifikation und relevanter Berufserfahrung

·Mehrjährige Erfahrung im internationalen Vertrieb, Einkauf, Projekt- oder Vertragsmanagement

·Gerne auch Erfahrung im Offsetmanagement und Branchenkenntnisse in Wehrtechnik

·Sie zeichnen sich durch Reisebereitschaft, Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit aus

·Sie verfügen über sehr gute SAP- und Microsoft Office Kenntnisse

·Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab
