Ferring+You

You will oversee strategic pricing activities and projects for in-line and upcoming assets. Define and design all necessary analysis to support pricing evaluation and decision driving Ferring revenues: Loss of Exclusivity (LoE) anticipation, launch sequence optimization, tier strategy, new indication, supply strategy.

You use industry knowledge and experience to anticipate changes in the environment that may later affect the value of Ferring’s assets across regions.

Your day at Ferring

Drive key pricing projects: Run complex project from project scope definition, sourcing and project follow up, involving many stakeholders including but not limited to consultants, Finance, Regions/Countries, IT, Supply, Market Access

Evaluate and provide recommendations about launch sequence and prices for new products / new indications / new formulations to optimize launches and prices over the markets, aligned with global pricing strategies

Lead recommendation of complex pricing analysis (e.g. LoE, new indication)

Deliver and communicate recommendations to management in a clear and simple form

Implement complex systems and processes.

Update and maintain Global Pricing Governance & SOPs where appropriate and ensure quality control of data within Ferring internal pricing database

Train and communicate on pricing related activities to ensure stakeholders are aware of processes and pricing tasks and deliverables

Lead Ferring Global Pricing Community

Build strong relationships with local/regional key stakeholders

Support the head of Global Pricing and Tendering on ensuring department visibility inside and outside Ferring

Monitor and communicate changes in global pharmaceutical pricing environment, and proactively assess potential impact on Ferring business

Behind our innovation…There’s you

Master’s degree in finance, economics or a biomedical discipline, Health degree is a plus

Extensive experience in Project management and strong leadership skills

Must be a self-starter, results-oriented

Excellent writing and communication skills in English, preferably a sound knowledge of another language

Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills

Analytical thinker capable of identifying both the depth and breadth of data required to answer questions accurately

Pricing and reimbursement expertise in the pharmaceutical industry, payer knowledge is a plus

Team spirit to collaborate with internal teams

Presentation and communication skills
