Branch Manager

We are a well-established retail company, WOOLWORTH_GMBH, seeking a dynamic individual to lead our Kiel branch as a Full-time Branch Manager. Our company is a rapidly growing organization with a strong presence in the retail industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operations in the branch, from staffing to inventory management, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Manage and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.
- Conduct on-the-job training and mentorship to ensure team members have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
- Support colleagues during store openings and stocktaking, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Ensure optimal product presentation and pricing strategies, driving sales and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate transfers and handle pricing and inventory duties, maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Act as the main liaison between headquarters and retail managers, facilitating communication and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Successful completion of a commercial apprenticeship, preferably in retail, with a strong understanding of retail operations and management.
- Several years of experience in retail management, ideally as a Store Manager or Branch Manager, with a proven track record of success.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Strong customer service and business acumen, with a focus on driving sales and customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to take on challenges and adapt to changes, with a flexible and proactive approach to problem-solving.
