As a central figure in our IT team, your focus lies on the administration and optimization of our M365 and Atlassian system landscape. You are not only an expert in the world of M365, particularly in Entra ID, Intune, and O365 Tenant Administration, but also a visionary who questions existing processes and drives innovative solutions forward. Your task is to ensure the efficiency and security of our systems, paving the way for the future of our IT infrastructure.

M365 & Atlassian Administration: You are the driving force behind our M365 and Atlassian landscape. Through your proactive approach, you set new standards in management and drive digitalization forward decisively.

Future-oriented Project Management: You're not a fan of the status quo. With your foresight, you lead forward-thinking projects that make a difference not only today but also tomorrow, advancing our company.

Support Expertise: Your profound knowledge makes you a reliable anchor in 2nd and 3rd level support. You solve problems with ease and are always there when your expertise is needed.

Knowledge Sharing: Your know-how is invaluable. You enjoy sharing it with your colleagues.

What you bring along

Deep expertise in M365, particularly in the areas of Entra ID, Intune, and O365 Tenant Administration. Excellent problem-solving skills in 2nd and 3rd level support. Proven track record of leading and implementing IT projects. A team player who enjoys achieving great things with others. A proactive, independent work style and the ability to deliver excellent results even under pressure. Fluent English language skills, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively in our international environment (B2).

Contracts, salary, and non-monetary

Contract designation: Your position is part of our job profile "Service Owner (m/f/d)". Our generic job profiles compare groups of employees with similar tasks belonging to the same responsibility area/team. The title displayed above ensures you can find us.

Our fixed base salary is paid within 12 salaries, and as an extra, you have a 3% variable based on company performance.

Location-independency & flexibility

Full Remote or hybrid: we work 80-100% remotely; however we have regular on-site team events and you can work at any of our sites in Germany.

Structured Onboarding: you receive an individual onboarding plan, have multiple onboarding days in the beginning, and a wealth of e-learning, training, and documentation besides your team at your disposal

‍ Set-up: for this we will provide you with a tailored tech set-up (Dell devices, the standard remote package includes a notebook, 2monitors, headset, mobile phone, mouse + keyboard, docking station)
