Du übernimmst die kaufmännische Verantwortung für die Planung und Steuerung komplexer Digitalprojekte mit Fokus auf E-Commerce, Website Relaunches, User Experience und Web DevelopmentDu erkennst Chancen und Risiken unserer Projekte und hast mit unternehmerischer Weitsicht Zeit, Kosten und Qualität stets im Blick. Du besitzt ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung und konntest bereits Erfahrung im digitalen Projektmanagement (IT, Web Development, Software, E-Commerce, Technologieberatung etc.) sammelnDu hast erfolgreich Projekte in folgenden Bereichen geplant, gesteuert und umgesetzt: E-Commerce, Website Relaunches, Webshops, User Experience, User Interfaces, Data Driven Marketing, Content-Strukturen, CMS, Webtechnologien (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Sitecore, TYPO3, .NET, PHP)Je nach Kunde und Projekt entwickelst Du die passende Projektplanungsstrategie: ob klassisch, agil oder hybrid - Du weißt, wie Du gemeinsam mit Deinem Team effizient exzellente Ergebnisse erreichstMethoden- und Tool Know How (Jira/Confluence) sind für Dich ebenso selbstverständlich wie verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse. Idealerweise bringst Du sogar die ein oder andere Zertifizierung (SCRUM Master, Product Owner etc.) mit, das ist aber kein MussDu arbeitest strukturiert und hast ein starkes unternehmerisches Verständnis.
