Du führst Initiativen mithilfe von Projektmanagement Tools für den Standort Lörrach durch und sorgst für eine effektive Umsetzung, Koordinierung, Nachverfolgung und Kommunikation mehrerer Projekte, die Veränderungen in Bezug auf neue und bestehende Produkte, Verpackungen und Prozesse des Werkes mit sich bringen.

Im Rahmen deiner Aufgaben:
unterstützt du die Projektentwicklung/-umsetzung: Du führst Initiativen mithilfe von I2M/IIM-Prozessen durch (Innovation 2 Market; Initiative Management), gibst entscheidendes Input an den BD-Verantwortlichen weiter (insb. zu IIM-Designprüfungen (DR2 – DR6)), leitest ab der Designprüfung (DR4) die Projektaktivitäten am Standort, erstellst Stammdaten, prüfst die Verfügbarkeit von Verpackungs-Artwork sowie Rohstoffen und Verpackungsmaterial, überwachst den Zeitrahmen und meldest deine Beobachtungen dem Projektteam. Du organisierst Versuche und FPAs (First Production Approval) und dafür setzest dich in Verbindung mit internen Abteilungen, wie Produktion, Logistik, Planung, Finance, Qualität & Sicherheit, sowie mit externen Stakeholders, wie R&D, Procurement, Marketing und Masterdata. unterstützt du die kontinuierliche Vereinfachung der Betriebsabläufe: Du gibst Input an den BD-Verantwortlichen des Standorts weiter, um die Integration der Change-Management-Agenda des Standortes zu unterstützen und die Umsetzung von Projekten unter Aufrechterhaltung der Servicestandards zu gewährleisten. Du koordinierst Betriebsversuche und wichtige Projektaktivitäten (Planung und Nachverfolgung) und verfolgst die Aktivitäten im Werk und kommunizierst den Fortschritt an wichtige funktionsübergreifende Teammitglieder (standortexterne Kollegen). Du arbeitest an der Agenda zum Abbau von Komplexität und unterstützt die Umsetzung der Produktivitäts- und Verbesserungsagenda des Standortes und sorgst für die Umsetzung regionaler/globaler Menu Cards und das Erreichen der Hurdle Rates in der Produktion. unterstützt du den BD-Verantwortlichen des Standorts bei der Betreuung der Schnittstellen mit den Kategorie-PCMs (Product Change Management); du bist für die fristgerechte Umsetzung neuer Initiativen und geschäftsrelevanter Projekte mithilfe von IIM-Methoden zuständig; du sprichst dich mit Kernteams aus dem Bereich Operations zur Zusammenstellung von VSU-Teams (Vertical Start-up) sowie mit dem Engineering-Team zu Inbetriebnahme- und Konstruktionsaktivitäten für die Projekte abWas du mitbringst

Hochschulabschluss in den Bereichen Ingenieurwesen, Lebensmitteltechnologie, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder gleichwertig ist von Vorteil Computerkenntnisse (Outlook, Excel, Word und PowerPoint): erforderlich Projektmanagement-Kenntnisse: erforderlich Fließende Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache, sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (min. B1-Level) Einschlägige Erfahrung in den Bereichen Operations und Produktion innerhalb der Konsumgüterbranche; Erfahrung zu TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), 5s, LEAN, 6 Sigma-Tools und -Konzepten sowie Sicherheits- und GMP-Standards Geschäftssinn und finanzielles Feingefühl, Projektmanagement-Erfahrung, Wissen zu Produktionsanlagen, Basiswissen zu Technology & Engineering-Automation Erfahrung in der Bedienung von ERP-Systemen wie SAP Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift; analytische Denkweise und Problemlösungsfähigkeit; Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit und Pflege von BeziehungenMehr über diese Rolle
Als BD-Coordinator leitest Du die Koordinierung und Planung aller Phasen eines Projekts von der Marketingidee bis zur ersten Produktion an der Line und deckst dabei die werksinternen Schnittstellen zwischen Produktion, Engineering, Controlling und Qualitätssicherung sowie die externen Schnittstellen zu R&D, Einkauf und den kommerziellen Geschäftsbereichen ab.
