About the role

Join our team as a Demand Generation Manager Central Europe and play a pivotal role in shaping our regional growth strategy. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing a regional demand generation strategy for Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Poland, leveraging global initiatives and tailoring campaigns to drive brand awareness, inbound revenue pipeline, and retention.

You'll collaborate closely with our Head of Regional Marketing to define marketing roadmaps, identify routes to market, and foster a deep understanding of our ideal customer profiles and buyer's journey.

In this highly impactful role, you will be doing:

  • Owner of our integrated demand generation campaign strategy and audience engagement through collaboration with marketing teams including brand, product marketing, digital, creative and regional field marketing teams to create a qualified pipeline and generate revenue.
  • You will shape the strategic direction for the overall GTM route and regional roadmap.
  • Develop, plan, and execute integrated marketing plans across various tactics, including journey mapping, campaign development, content maps, events, and programs, to create a consistent customer experience across all channels.
  • Work with the whole team to create high-quality campaign concepts and campaign deliverables for full-funnel campaigns and manage a timely execution.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance in the region using marketing analytics tools and identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
  • Measure and monitor sales funnel activity, making recommendations to address coverage gaps including working closely with the sales and customer success teams on targeted campaigns and effective follow-up.

Requirements

Our Match

We are seeking a dynamic marketer with a passion for driving demand and achieving results, who possesses a natural desire and ability to make connections across different disciplines. You must be hands-on and a real team player, with excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills. Additionally, strategic thinking as well as creativity are essential for driving innovative marketing strategies.

  • 7+ years of Marketing Experience, of which min 5+ years of experience in B2B Marketing;
  • Strong experience in B2B demand generation, integrated marketing, or campaign program management;
  • Possess a strong understanding of digital tools and advertising channels, such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, Bing, Meta, YouTube, Podcast and how to best leverage these to support our DG strategy.
  • Native German speaker, with fluency in English.
  • Bonus points if you have prior experience in working agile.
