**Responsibilities**:
Sales Strategy and Execution:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion in Central Europe.
- Set ambitious sales targets, closely monitor progress, and take corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Identify key market segments and develop effective go-to-market strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product management, to align sales initiatives with overall company objectives.

Team Leadership and Management:

- Recruit, onboard, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to the sales team to foster professional growth and enhance their sales capabilities.
- Set clear performance expectations and regularly evaluate team members' performance against key metrics.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that promotes knowledge sharing, innovation, and customer-centricity.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the Central Europe region.
- Understand customer needs, pain points, and buying behaviors to develop tailored solutions and value propositions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing strategic insights, demonstrating product expertise, and addressing concerns or issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the customer success and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Market Intelligence and Competitor Analysis:

- Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities within the Central Europe region.
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the executive team to drive product enhancements and market positioning.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and differentiation strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

**Requirements**:

- Ideally a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven track record of at least 10+ years in enterprise software sales, including experience in a leadership or managerial role.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the Central Europe enterprise software market, particularly in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
- Strong network of contacts and relationships within the enterprise software industry in the Central Europe region.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English and German; additional languages such as French or Italian are a plus.
- Sales process orientated, with specific experience in using Meddpicc sales methodology as well as Command of the message.
