your mission

in order to implement our international growth strategy, we are looking for a sales manager with passion for western europe (with a focus on france and benelux).

overall responsibility for business development, sales and returns, subsidiaries and local falch sales teams in western europe further development of country-specific growth strategy and sales structures advisor and sparring partner to country and branch managers research for new locations and service partners costing and budgeting for countries and branches role model and motivator for his employees, leadership with passion, commitment, structure, sustainability and customer orientation

several years of international experience in sales of technical capital goods in a medium-sized company several years of management experience knowledge in marketing, planning, budgeting and controlling excellent technical understanding and good business skills entrepreneurial, strategic action and pragmatic solution orientation experience in coaching and advising employees business fluent in french, as well as very good knowledge of dutch and english 50% work in the head office (merklingen / blaubeuren), 50% travel activities
