Our Supply Chain Processes & Solutions (SPS) department acts as End-to-End process owner and is positioned in the middle between business areas and Tech.
For our Master Data Management (MDM) Team within SPS we are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Lead who will support us in the further development and design of our MDM strategy with a strong focus on processes and according systems.
Your Responsibilities:
Define, develop, and maintain the Master Data Management (MDM) strategy, policies, and standards for an end-to-end (E2E) MDM implementation. Establish European harmonized MDM processes and systems based on industry standards to continuously optimize business operations. Serve as the overall process owner for MDM, ensuring compliance with guiding principles and standards. Identify opportunities for operational excellence across key commercial functions and develop solutions for implementation. Maximize the value of products within scope and drive process simplification. Lead integration tests, develop training documentation, and support related systems/projects. Foster efficient collaboration with all relevant stakeholders. What You Bring:
