Stellenbeschreibung

Für die Gestaltung, Weiterentwicklung und professionelle Betreuung unserer Geschäftsprozesse suchen wir Verstärkung: Werde Teil unseres Business Process Management Teams, das täglich im spannenden und herausfordernden Media-Umfeld einen großen Einfluss auf die Arbeitsabläufe unserer Organisation nimmt.

In deine interessanten Aufgaben wirst du von deinem zukünftigen Team in unsere agenturspezifischen Prozesse und Applikationen umfassend eingearbeitet.

In Prozessanalysen nimmst du IST-Prozesse auf und entwickelst SOLL-Konzepte/Optimierungsansätze Von der Idee bis zur Implementierung koordinierst du mit allen Projektbeteiligten auf Augenhöhe Du übernimmst die Projektleitung in den Bereichen Changemanagement und IT-Consulting/-Management Du analysierst Prozessanforderungen und berätst die Account Management Teams basierend auf unseren umfangreichen Best Practise Dokumentationen Du unterstützt beim Setup von Business Cases & speziellen Anforderungen und erstellst maßgeschneiderte Playbooks Mit deinen Teamkollegen/-innen sorgst du für eine stetige Aktualisierung der Trainingskonzepte und -materialien Mit der Durchführung/Unterstützung in unseren Trainings hilfst du das Prozess- und Applications-Know-How in den Teams auf dem neuesten Stand zu halten und weiter auszubauen

Qualifikationen

Erfahrungen in der Leitung von Changemanagement- und/oder IT-Projekten Digitales Media Know-How Analytische, organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten wendest du für komplexe Zusammenhänge an Neben deiner Teamfähigkeit überzeugst du mit einem hohen Maß an Eigenverantwortung Erfahrungen in der Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Von Vorteil wären:Grundkenntnisse in SQLErste Jira-ErfahrungenExpertise in der Aufbereitung von Anwenderdokumentationen und Video-TutorialsEin Verständnis für die Geschäftsprozessmodellierung (BPMN 2.0)
