In unserem Headquarter in Düsseldorf suchen wir ab sofort einen


AUFGABEN MIT IMPACT Koordiniert internationale Projekte mit den Douglas Ländergesellschaften Leitet und organisiert Projekte im Bereich Bargeldlogistik Bearbeitet selbstständiges vielfältige Aufgaben im Team Order2Cash Steht als erster Ansprechpartner für Vorfälle im Tagesgeschäft für Payment- Backend-Aktivitäten zur Verfügung und sorgt für eine kontinuierliche Informationsbereitstellung. Unterstützt bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen; Ansprechpartner für Buchhaltung, Treasury und Steuern in diesen Bereichen Bildet die Schnittstelle für alle Order2Cash-Themen und übergreifende Projekte wie Filialeröffnungen und Marktplatzaktivitäten Koordiniert die Zusammenarbeit und überwacht die Performance der Dienstleister wie . Debitorenmanagement, Bargeldlogistik und Inkassounternehmen. Managen von Projekte wie die Einführung von QR-Codes auf Rechnungen oder die Umstellung von Mahnungen auf E-Mails - inklusive QA-Aktivitäten
DEINE SKILLS:

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projekt- sowie Prozessmanagement, entweder auf Beratungs- oder Unternehmensseite

Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Retail Payment Online & POS, entweder auf Händler- oder Anbieterseite Hochschulabschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften/MBA, Wirtschaftsmathematik, Finance oder einem verwandten Bereich; Jeder andere kaufmännische Hintergrund ist ebenfalls herzlich willkommen Erfahrung im Bereich Order to Cash ist von Vorteil, insb. in den Themen rund um Bargeldlogistik Abstraktionsfähigkeit, stark datengetriebene und hohe Affinität zur IT- und Prozessgestaltung In der Lage sein, groß zu denken, aber den operativen Fokus nicht zu verlieren Gutes Netzwerk im Bereich Payment / Cash Management Kompetent in Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint Fließende Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Leidenschaft für selbstständiges Arbeiten nach einem sehr strukturierten Vorgehen mit Durchsetzungsvermögen
