Für den stark wachsenden Unternehmensbereich Transport & Logistik der CGI Deutschland am Standort Eschborn (bei Frankfurt) suchen wir neue Kolleg:innen mit dem Einsatzbereich Business Analyse.
Der Schwerpunkt liegt hierbei auf der fachlichen und technischen Business Analyse. Neben einer schnellen Auffassungsgabe für komplexe Sachverhalte verfügen Sie über ein profundes technisches Wissen und können so funktionale Anforderungen sehr gut bewerten. Die Erstellung von Fachkonzepten und die Begleitung von Systemeinführungen gehören zu Ihren Tätigkeiten. Je nach Qualifikation nehmen Sie dabei eine fachliche oder technische Führungsrolle ein.
Innerhalb Ihres Projektes arbeiten Sie in enger Abstimmung mit dem jeweiligen Kunden. Mit Ihnen als Expert:in bieten wir dem Kunden einen ganzheitlichen prozessorientierten Service. Hierbei erkennen Sie auch weitere Projektchancen und entwickeln den Kunden indem Sie Cross- und Upselling Potentiale identifizieren.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
Im Rahmen Ihrer spannenden neuen Tätigkeit befassen Sie sich mit der fachlichen und technischen Analyse von Prozessabläufen.
Sie verstehen den Status Quo und können neue Anforderungen technisch interpretieren und verständlich beschreiben. Gerne beschäftigen sich mit neuen Themen, zudem fällt Ihnen die Interaktion mit unterschiedlichen Gesprächspartnern leicht.
Als IT-Business Analyst:in umfasst Ihre Tätigkeit folgende Aufgaben:
• Fachlich, technische Analyse und Design von Funktionen und Prozessabläufen
• Erstellen von Geschäftsregeln (fachlich und technisch) als Grundlage für die IT-Programmierung inkl. Beauftragung der IT-Einheiten, auch in agilen Projekten in der Form von User Stories
• Technisch und prozessuale Betrachtung der umzusetzenden Anforderungen (Erste Impact-Analyse), Bewertung der Machbarkeit
• Erstellung erster Architektur-Blueprints und Prozessabläufen zu neuen Verfahren und / oder Prozessen
• Neue Abläufe einführen und Begleitung notwendiger Change Prozesse
• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Durchführung der verschiedenen Testvarianten und des fachlichen Abnahmetest der umgesetzten Anforderungen sowie Erweiterung der Regressionstests
• Teil- oder Projektleitungsaufgaben, sowie Qualitätssicherung und Reporting im Rahmen des eigenen Aufgabengebietes oder im Gesamtprojekt"
-Das Arbeiten im agilen Projektumfeld ist Ihnen vertraut
-Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der CGI-internen Tools und Mechanismen zur dauerhaften Effizienzsteigerung im Bereich Business Analyse
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenen Studium der Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
In Ihren ersten Berufsjahren haben Sie bereits erste Teil / Projekterfahrung sammeln können und folgende Kenntnisse erlangt:
Zu Ihren Kompetenzen zählen:
•Sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten und ein gutes Verständnis komplexer Zusammenhänge
•Sehr gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung in der Leitung oder Unterstützung von Workshops
•Sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Kunden, ein hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft und „Hands-on“ Mentalität
•Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Anforderungsanalysen, Umsetzungsvorgaben, Test und Abnahme von IT-Funktionen
•Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse von Methoden und Notationen der Business Analyse (BPMN 2.0, UML, Use Cases, Epics und User Stories)
•Gute Kenntnisse von Werkzeugen der Business Analyse zur Prozessmodellierung (Aris, Visio oder ähnliches)Erfahrungen im Bereich Projektmanagement
•Kommunikations- und Kooperationsstärke
•Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1)
Sollten Sie zusätzlich noch über folgende Kenntnisse verfügen, so wäre dies von Vorteil:
•Erfahrungen in den Branchen Transport und Logistik
•Idealerweise haben Sie eine Zertifizierung im Bereich (agile) Business Analyse (z.B. CABA, IIBA), Requirements Engineering (z.B. IREB, CARS) und/oder als Scrum Product Owner
Außer dem fachlichen Know-how zeichnet Sie soziale Kompetenz aus. Sie sind fähig, aktiv zuzuhören und Kundenanforderungen fundiert zu analysieren. Ein überzeugendes Auftreten, Spaß an teamorientiertem Arbeiten sowie geistige Flexibilität kennzeichnen Sie.
