We in Sales Operations Mercedes-Benz Cars ensure the optimum supply of Mercedes-Benz passenger cars to the global markets. On the one hand, we prepare future forecasts of the sales and production program for the advance management of our plants and suppliers. On the other hand, we manage order processing and scheduling as well as the customer-oriented coordination of vehicle deliveries.
In addition, we design, implement and operate market-oriented, innovative and efficient processes and systems for the entire customer order process.
Within our division, we are responsible for the design, implementation and operation of future-oriented processes and systems in the global Mercedes-Benz Passenger Cars customer order process. This includes the processes for planning, quotations, orders, distribution and invoicing.
We are the Digital Factory team, the division's internal digital consultancy. You work in projects with a focus on internal digital transformation and optimize business processes, redesign interfaces, develop and implement digital solutions.

Collaboration in the recording, evaluation and preparation of complex, multidimensional structured and unstructured data Contributing to the development and implementation of innovative digital solutions, methods and tools Collaboration in the identification, analysis and evaluation of top-down/bottom-up process optimization potentials through qualitative & quantitative analyses Contributing to the design and creation of prototypes for new digital products and services Collaboration in the transfer of prototypes into infrastructures and derivation of technical concepts to improve digital processes, products & services Collaboration in an interdisciplinary and international project environment with direct contact to the specialist departmentYou can expect a strong team spirit, the opportunity to try out new things and responsibility for diverse and exciting tasks.
Qualifikationen Degree in computer science, economics or a comparable course of study Confident written and spoken German and English skills Structured preparation of complex contexts (e.g. content analysis) Analytical skills and a strong understanding of processes Confident handling of MS Office, PowerBI, Qlick, Tableau or comparable data visualization programs is an advantage Initial experience with project management tools (e.g. Azure DevOps) is an advantagePersonal skills:
