For our Team in Bremen we are looking for a Legal Manager (m/w/d).
Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten
Contact person for operational legal issues of the local as well as international day-to-day business of the various German and foreign companies of the CALID Group Supporting and advising the sales, marketing and purchasing departments in the review of customer and supplier contracts, predominantly in the English language Accompaniment of contract negotiations and support in the defense and enforcement of claims Drafting, reviewing and advising on all types of contracts Advice and support in out-of-court and court disputes with suppliers, customers and authorities You will work closely with the compliance department as well as external lawyers and various departments in Germany and abroad
Qualifikationen
Successfully completed law studies (2nd state examination; at least satisfactory results) Several years of professional experience (between 3- 5 years) in a comparable position, preferably in an internationally operating industrial company, ideally in the field of medical technology Experience in post-merger integrations and Legal Operations Very good, business fluent written and spoken English and German skills.
