Working Student Customer Success

As a Working Student in the Voice of the Customer Program (m/f/d), you will play a pivotal role in managing our feedback ecosystem, ensuring that customer insights are collected, analyzed, and leveraged to drive actionable outcomes. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in feedback management methodologies and contribute to the enhancement of our customer success strategies.

Survey Development and Management:
You collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement various customer surveys, including Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and others. You monitor survey performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements to enhance response rates and data quality.Customer Advisory Boards (CABs):
You assist in the organization and facilitation of Customer Advisory Board meetings, gathering insights from key stakeholders to shape product roadmaps and strategic initiatives.In-Product Feedback Mechanisms:
You work closely with product development teams to implement in-product feedback mechanisms, ensuring seamless integration and effective data capture.Data Analysis and Reporting:
You conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of feedback data to extract actionable insights and trends. You prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement.Continuous Improvement Initiatives:
You proactively identify opportunities to optimize feedback processes and enhance the overall customer experience. You collaborate with internal teams to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement in customer success strategies. RequirementsYou are currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Statistics, Empirics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.You have strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies.You have a proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or R/Python.You have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.You are detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and data integrity.You are self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic environment.You have prior experience in customer success, market research, or data analysis is a plus.You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English at B2 level.
