Deine Aufgaben:
- _Customer Success_
- Eigenständige Entwicklung und Gestaltung der Cisco Customer Experience (CX) Practise
- Optimierung von CX Abläufen bei Logicalis in Zusammenarbeit Sales, Presales und Service
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Customer Success Plänen
- Übernahme der Verantwortung für die Kundenzufriedenheit definierter CX Kunden
- Beratung von Kunden bei der Verwendung von Cisco Software um angestrebte Business Outcomes, höhere Kundenzufriedenheit und Renewal Raten zu erreichen
- Entwicklung eigener Use-Case basierender Logicalis CX Services
- Training von Logicalis Sales hinsichtlich eines CX-orientierten Kundenanganges
- Renewals Management_
- Verantwortung für ein Portfolio von Software
- und Support Vertragsverlängerungen, Single-Point-Of-Contact, SLA- und Asset-Management
- Führen von Renewal Opportunities und Definieren von Strategien um die pünktliche Renewal Abwicklung sicherzustellen und das Verlustrisiko zu minimieren
- Unterstützung bei Maßnahmen zur weiteren Standardisierung von Logicalis Software Renewal Prozessen durch Automation und Tool Integrationen
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Angeboten und Vergleichskalkulationen, Überprüfung von Vertragsbedingungen, Ermittlung von Up-Selling-Möglichkeiten und Berücksichtigung von Einwänden, Überwachung von Lifecycle Events
Dein Profil:
- Berufserfahrung in der professionellen Kundenbetreuung bzw. im Vertriebsinnendienst eines IT-Unternehmens
- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Teamfähigkeit
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Argumentationsgeschick
- Zielorientierte, selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Bereitschaft zur selbständigen Weiterbildung und Einarbeitung in neue Themen
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Erfahrungen im Handling von IT Support und Software Lizenzverträgen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Cisco CCW, CCW-R, Cisco Ready
- Zertifizierung im Bereich Customer Success Management / Renewals Manager wünschenswert
