As Performance Management & Learning Lead you will have the opportunity to build a modern and performance driven ONE C&A Learning organization. You will lead the development of the Performance Management Processes throughout C&A and build a more engaged and healthy organization implementing learning habits / capabilities and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Your responsibilities

 

  • Develop an organizational capability strategy and drive learning solutions to minimize skill and performance gaps in strategic focus areas
  • Design and implement strategies to enhance overall organizational performance
  • Develop organizational development interventions (pulse/climate survey) where and when needed
  • Review, optimize and roll-out the Performance Management framework linked to our C&A values to establish a performance driven mindset in the C&A organization
  • Analyze performance and learning data and report on performance metrics to leaders and stakeholders to identify trends and areas of improvement
  • Develop and implement training programs to close performance gaps and enhance the skills and capabilities of employees
  • Optimize and develop a structured learning management system to ensure a smooth and stable ONE C&A Learning environment
  • Enhance targeted upskilling and training within select projects to support the C&A Growth Driver areas
  • Closely collaborate with the business regarding all performance and learning topics to drive the performance and learning strategy
  • Translate career pathing into concrete learning solutions to increase our internal talent bench strength
  • Lead, coach and develop the team in times of transformation to ensure high performance and personal growth
What you bring

 

  • Proficiency in designing and implementing performance appraisal cycles and learning journeys
  • Understanding of the fundamental concepts and principles of performance management and learning
  • Ability to generate reports and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of performance management and learning
  • Understanding of HR principles and compliance requirements
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching to employees and managers
  • Excellent stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to understand business challenges and adapt accordingly
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Adult educational science or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of work experience in a related field
  • Experience in developing or executing strategic plans related to performance management and learning
  • Experience in leading teams through transformation
  • Fluent in business English, oral and written.
