Ihr Aufgabenbereich

Operative Leitung des Safety-Teams (Arzneimittel- und Medizinprodukte) Weiterentwicklung des Safety-Teams hinsichtlich strategischer Ziele, neuer gesetzlicher Anforderungen, neuer Technologien etc. Sicherstellung der lokalen Compliance gemäß externer und interner Vorgaben im Bereich Safety Weiterentwicklung/Ausbau der Safety Serviceleistungen Bearbeitung von Sicherheitsmeldungen in eigeninitiierten klinischen Prüfungen (IIT) nach CTR/AMG bzw. MDR/MPDG, einschließlich Kodierung mit MedDRA, Qualitätskontrolle und Nachverfolgung sowie fristgerechte Meldung an die Behörden Koordination der erforderlichen Meldewege Erstellung von studienspezifischen Dokumenten (Safety-/Vigilanzkapitel in klinischen Prüfplänen, Manuale, Formulare, jährliche Sicherheitsberichte inklusive Durchführung dafür notwendiger Literaturrecherchen, Drug Safety Managementpläne) Administration der Pharmakovigilanz-Datenbank sowie Management von Nebenwirkungsmeldungen Pflege, Weiterentwicklung und Schulung von »Standard Operating Procedures« (SOPs) Aufbau von vertrauensvollen Kontakten zu internen/externen Partner:innen, einschließlich Sponsorteams, relevanten Behörden und Zulassungsinhaber:innen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams, Regulatory Affairs und Quality Erster Ansprechpartner:innen bei Audits und Behördeninspektionen in der Drug Safety

Unsere Anforderungen

Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Medizin, Pharmazie oder Naturwissenschaften bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.

Eine Promotion ist wünschenswert. Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Arzneimittelsicherheit, idealerweise in leitender Position. Sie besitzen bereits Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiter:innenführung, als Teamleiter:in. Sie haben Erfahrung mit klinischen Kodier- und Klassifikationssystemen (MedDRA, WHO). Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und sind sicher im Umgang mit gängigen IT-Anwendungen. Persönlich zeichnen Sie sich durch sehr gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit aus, zugleich durch Ihre Fähigkeit zu selbstständigem und systematischem Arbeiten, durch Entscheidungskompetenz und durch organisatorisches Geschick.
