Ackerherz ist die deutsche Expansion vom französischem Scaleup La Fourche. Mit über 100,000 Mitgliedern und 300 Mitarbeitenden ist La Fourche Marktführer im Online Bio-Segment in Frankreich. La Fourche wurde vor über 5 Jahre gegründet, hat eine gesicherte Finanzierung und wächst weiterhin stetig. Mit Ackerherz wird das Erfolgsmodell nun nach Deutschland gebracht
Wir suchen eine:n (Senior) Category Manager/Einkäufer:in zur Verstärkung unses Einkaufs-Team. Unser Sortiment wächst ähnlich zu unserer Kundschaft sehr schnell. Als Category Manager wirst du eine Schlüsselrolle spielen und unser Sortiment weiter aufbauen und optimieren: von Auswahl neuer Produkte für unseren Katalog bis hin Verhandungen mit Lieferant:innen
Verantwortungsbereich
- Analyse von Kategorien auf Basis von Verkaufszahlen, Wettbewerb und Markttrends
- Optimierung von Kategorien durch Ein-/Auslistung von Marken und Produkten
- Optimierung der Produktpreise und -platzierung im Shop
- Verhandlungen mit Lieferanten zu Preisen und Konditionen; Aufbau langfristiger Partnerschaften
- In Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Durchführung von Promotionen für Marken und Produkte
- In Kooperation mit Operations, Gewährleistung von reibungsloser Anlieferung
- Mitwirkung bei Projekten zur Sortimentsentwicklung, bspw. Private Label
- Mitwirkung bei Klärung zu Quality Themen, bspw. Bio-Zertifizierung
- Operative Leitung von Werkstudent:innen im Einkauf

Requirements
- 2+ Jahre Berufserfahrung im Category Management/Einkauf im E-Commerce, Einzelhandel oder vergleichbar
- Erfahrung mit Sortimentsmanagement
- Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Preisverhandlungen
- Gute Intuition für Bio-Kundschaft; idealerweise selbst regelmäßige:r Bio-Käufer:in oder große Lust es zu werden
- Autonome Arbeitsweise und Spaß an Verantwortung
- Flexibilität und Lust auf Startup
- Routinierter Umgang mit Excel, speziell für Kategorieanalyse
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaft, Handel oder vergleichbar
- Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau (C2) und fließend in Englisch (C1)
